Initial
​Consultation

An initial consultation will be scheduled after a phone call to discuss your design needs. At this consultation, we ​will discuss your design goals, budget, and timeline. A few quick measurements ​will be taken and further details will be discussed at the first scheduled design meeting.

Conceptual Process +
Presentation

We will create conceptual design boards and to-scale floorplans in AutoCAD and present your finishes, fixtures, furniture, accessories, etc. and revise as necessary. Renderings may be provided to help show design intent. We will also provide a low/high budget range at this time to help establish overall costs the Client can expect for the project's duration. We will also provide a full specification document for your Contractor. 

Documentation +
  Purchasing

After Client's acceptance of the design presentation and final budget, we will document all your design selections and begin purchasing. ​Estimated leadtimes will be given to Client at this time so that we may ​set up a preliminary installation date. 

Delivery +
​Installation

Once your construction is complete and/or the final item arrives to our local receiving warehouse, we will schedule a white-glove delivery through our trusted installers. We will be on site throughout this process to guide the installers on placement, hanging heights, etc.
